As President and Chief Executive Officer of the Intermediary Development Corporation (IDC), Dr. Davis leads cross-sector partnerships that strengthen workforce ecosystems, expand career pathways, support apprenticeship development, and advance meaningful opportunities for individuals across the lifespan; including youth, adults, and older adults.

Her work focuses on connecting education, workforce systems, industry, government, philanthropy, and community partners to create sustainable workforce solutions that improve economic mobility, organizational effectiveness, and regional prosperity.
